Kirbey Hull serves as our team leader who ensures every resident and their family feel supported, valued, and cared for, while upholding state and federal regulations. She started at Mason City Area Nursing Home as a Certified Nursing Assistant before returning as our Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. She takes great pride in serving our community.

For the last 14 years, Monica Ferree has been the heart of our skilled nursing facility, orchestrating exceptional, clinical care with expertise and warmth to create a nurturing environment where our residents and their families feel truly at home.

With over 20 years of experience in long-term care, Tiffany Schussele is a dedicated partner in care, working hand-in-hand with the team to ensure every resident and their family experience comfort, compassion, and excellence at all times. She also fosters a safe and protected environment where residents, families and team members can feel at ease.

Jordae Williams is the meticulous advocate behind the scenes, creating personalized care plans for our residents. Starting at Mason City Area Nursing Home as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Jordae was the recipient of the Mason City Area Nursing Home Scholarship and Student Loan Forgiveness Program before being our MDS Coordinator.

Stephanie Goff is our dedicated motivator, helping residents maintain their independence and mobility through personalized restorative care. She was awarded the DAISY Award for being an extraordinary nurse!

Rachel Bailey is a skilled leader that ensures compassionate, high-quality care is delivered with consistency. Rachel supports the nursing team, responds to evolving needs, and helps create a calm, confident environment where residents and their families feel safe and supported.

For over 25 years, Judy Miller has been skillfully handling financial and administrative details with care, so residents and their families can focus on what matters most—feeling supported and at home.

Wendy Yaeck is a resource and empathetic advocate through your admission, helping bridge the transition from hospital, assisted living or home to our skilled nursing facility. She is dedicated to listening, supporting, and championing the needs of residents and their families, ensuring every concern is met with care and understanding. She has been a part of the Mason City Area Nursing Home team for 25 years, starting as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

Jenny Gebhardt leads our therapy team, guiding physical, occupational, and speech therapy services with expertise and heart. Her focus on providing compassionate and personalized care helps residents regain strength, confidence, and independence.

Christina McGill creates engaging activities and events that bring energy, laughter, and connection in our resident's daily lives. With a passion for senior living, Christina makes sure every day offers something to look forward to.

For 35 years, Freda Kauzlarich has led housekeeping and maintenance with care and precision. She has ensured our community stays clean, safe, and welcoming—creating a comfortable environment where residents and families feel truly at home.

Trina Perry is our culinary expert, who passionately crafts nutritious and delicious meals. She brings her experience as a Certified Dietary Manager and Certified Food Protection Professional to each dish provided at Mason City Area Nursing Home.
